Homepage Information : The demo homepage layout is a default sample but you can make several changes with genesis options. The theme shows multiple featured post entries which is called “Recent Posts”. It will display first post in full-view mode and rest of the posts in 2 columns grid. Administrator can either use default homepage or choose blog template as homepage.
The theme shows excerpt view for all homepage posts except first article. The main homepage areas includes Header with navigation bar, sidebar, footer, and body area. You can manage each of these sections with WordPress customizer and Genesis settings page.
Header and Menus : Eleven40 WordPress theme includes mainly 2 navigation menus : One on header and another one on footer. So bloggers will have to create two menus and set any one for header and footer sections. Mostly, bloggers would would add page and category links on menu bar. The header also gives small space for logo so yo have to create logo as asked in documentation.
